Healthcare BPO to bring in $1B in revenues by 2016, says industry group

The country’s healthcare information management outsourcing industry is projecting $1 billion revenues and 100,000 full-time employees by 2016. The sector’s full-time workforce has also been growing steadily, from 14,000 in 2010 to 24,700 in 2011 and to an expected 43,000 this year.
